Upon your initial appointment, Dr. Mooney will complete a comprehensive examination with oral cancer screening and any necessary radiographs. Dr. Mooney will then review any findings and present all available treatment options to you.
Our front desk team will provide you with a written estimate of treatment. In order to keep your treatment costs as low as possible, payment is due at the time the treatment takes place. If you have dental insurance, as a courtesy, we will submit your forms and process your co-payment at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept the health care credit card- CareCredit.
Please fill out your Health Questionnaire and Registration Forms and bring them with you to your appointment. This will allow us to complete your registration and incorporate your information into our practice. You will want to bring your insurance form or card, including Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield completed and signed, to your first visit with us.
Our practice is conveniently located off Route 128 with ample free parking available. We offer early morning, evening, and Saturday appointments. We look forward to meeting you and thank you for allowing us to serve all your dental needs!
